Optus is a world leading telecommunications business, providing a range of traditional and innovative services to both business and consumers. The Multimedia team has established a world class online learning environment and have recognised the benefits of eLearning in combination with Learning Management. As an early adopter the centralised team of learning professionals continuously work with their internal business “customers” to develop relevant eLearning programs.

Solution

The Cubic eLearning team have completed numerous eLearning programs for Optus covering a diverse range of subject matter including product information, complaints management, induction, IP solutions and wireless broadband. Each program must meet the strictest development criteria and Optus’ unique branding guidelines. The majority of developments have involved the use of Flash and many have combined simulation technology to engage the user and provide a visually appealing interface.
