Cubic consolidates it's position within the Utilities sector

Cubic Consulting continues to build and expand its working relationships with a number of Utility providers in New South Wales and Victoria.

The Cubic team has been working on a wide range of projects which include assisting a merged company that wanted to implement a common ERP system across the business, providing support to another company which has been using SAP to help grow their business internally, providing documentation for business as usual and managing the organisational change for multiple system implementations.

The Cubic team worked closely with these businesses to provide a number of services including change management strategies, training needs analysis and strategy development, training content development and delivery, business process documentation and communications strategy.
