Cubic Consulting Developer recognised by Utility Company

Recognition and the presentation of formal awards to consultants in large scale IT projects is not a common occurrence, so we are delighted with the recognition recently given to one of our Melbourne based Consultants.

Alison Stoove has been working at a large utility company since late last year, where she has been developing training materials and delivering training in a very challenging environment. Despite several obstacles, she has continually been able to achieve some outstanding results, which were recently recognized by the company through their internal reward and recognition program.

The award (one of only four from over 80 nominations) was provided for encouraging growth and development, leading strong change initiatives, sharing knowledge and being inclusive in decision making and encouraging diversity of ideas.

These behaviours are something we pride ourselves on at Cubic, however it is rare that we are recognised by our customers through their internal reward and recognition programs, highlighting the exceptional nature of the worked performed.
