BHP Billiton selected Cubic Consulting to develop self-paced SCORM compliant elearning for their Graduate Induction training.
After a thorough vendor evaluation and pilot development process, Cubic Consulting were selected to develop 18 elearning courses. Each course provided a detailed introduction to different areas of the BHPB business. Using storyboards and templates developed by BHPB , the Cubic team developed all the course interactions, graphics, animations and overall lesson structures.
Using Captivate 2 for the development process, the suite of elearning courses has provided a more flexible option for BHPB graduates to manage their induction process and resulted in a reduction of the face to face time required by two weeks. |
