Ongoing feedback indicates our quality management system continues to be a positive company initiative for both customers and staff alike.
Quality Manager, Julia Merten observes "when we implemented the Cubic quality system we were able to design it in such a way as to link smoothly to our existing change management methodology, Momentum. The processes have now become integrated so successfully that in many ways, it is now just the way we do business.'
As part of the quality procedures, formal customer feedback is gathered on a regular basis. Recent comments from a customer upgrading SAP for a large end user audience included; "The flexibility and professionalism of the team is outstanding" and "All the team were highly skilled, flexible, professional and provided great input and assistance in making the training development stage a success."
Cubic Consulting maintains the AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 certification for the provision of 'Change Management and Learning & Performance Support Services'. |
