The execution of a new contract for the provision IT Services from a global IT outsourcer has resulted in a significant program of works covering around 24 IT related projects. Several of these projects have an impact on how people are undertaking their day to day operation.
Our client recognised the importance of keeping these people informed on the business benefits and personal benefits these changes will bring, as well as keeping them informed on the progress of the project, and what was expected of them, by when.
As a result, Cubic Consulting was asked to assist with the ongoing development of the Communications solution by providing specialist consulting advice and assistance, addressing the overall Communications Strategy and Plan, Communications Audience timelines, and suitability / development of Communications messages.
This continuing communication engagement will help ensure the people are well prepared for the changes ahead, and ultimately, project acceptance, and success. |
