Maintaining its position of one of Australia's leading Telecommunication companies, Cubic Consulting recently assisted with another of its significant high profile IT related projects, which impacted over 4800 end users, Australia wide, across approximately 81 training sites.
The project centered on increasing staff efficiency by replacing existing traditional manual (paper based) process through the engagement of web based ticketing technology, and the challenge was to provide Instructor Led Training (ILT) to all 4800 end users over a relatively short timeframe!
Following on from a previous successful engagement in 2006, Cubic Consulting was again asked if we could provide a number of highly enthusiastic, self starting, and self managing instructors with sufficient depth of character to deliver the necessary training. Cubic met this requirement and supplied 11 suitably qualified trainers to assist with the delivery.
