A major state government health department has selected Cubic Consulting, as part of a consortium, to support its new Corporate IT program focusing on the implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and consolidation of its existing HR, Payroll and Financial enterprise systems.

The program consists of two key phases over two years and will affect around 130,000 employees.

Cubic Consulting will offer its specialist consulting advice and assistance in developing change and learning solutions that facilitate acceptance of the program as well as maximise the benefits realised from the implementation of the client's new enterprise applications.

At a strategic level, Cubic will provide change management services aimed at establishing stakeholder engagement and change readiness, determining and managing the impacts of change, developing core program messages and communications and making recommendations for ongoing transformation activities. In support of these major change initiatives, Cubic will also design a training program aimed at developing and consolidating systems skills and knowledge for a pilot audience of 20,000 end-users.
