Managing the change for 135,000 personnel

One of Australia's largest state government organisations has engaged Cubic Consulting, as part of a consortium, to develop change management, communications and training strategies to support a large scale SAP Finance and HR / Payroll deployment. This initial deployment is the first of two phases within a learning and business reform program to be delivered over the next 6 years.

This unique opportunity provides numerous challenges. This includes a diverse workforce of 135,000 personnel employed in various working environments within numerous corporate offices and 2,373 agencies spread across metropolitan and regional NSW.

Cubic will provide strategic change management and training expertise with the aim of providing a framework for:

  • Assessing, planning for, and managing the impact resulting from change
  • Delivering consistent and relevant messages to people about the changes they face
  • Developing the skills and knowledge of the personnel impacted by the change
