Managing the Change to SAP ECC6

A large international FMCG company has engaged Cubic Consulting to work with them on their SAP upgrade project providing change management and learning and performance support services. The technical upgrade from 4.0b to ECC6 will provide the foundation for subsequent phases enhancing existing functionality and introducing new capability.

The diverse business audiences impacted by this project include users across Australia and a number of Asian countries within both corporate and manufacturing locations. With fragmented audiences such as this the change and communication strategy has been designed to cover a number of different situations and unique audience needs. This is complimented by an education strategy addressing learning and performance support needs, while reinforcing the communication networks and addressing the geographical and business challenges presented with multiple divisions of an organisation.
