Cubic Consulting specialises in addressing the people issues associated with Information Technology or business driven change. We currently have a vacancy available for an experienced Lead Consultant to join our Melbourne (CBD) based branch. This person will manage both Change Management and Training projects as required by our customers.
The role
Using an external and internal service-oriented approach, the Lead Consultant will be responsible for the administration and coordination of their assigned project/s as well as the design, development and delivery of learning, performance support and change management solutions for clients.
Reporting to the Consulting Director, the Lead Consultant will also get involved in scoping and strategy development where required.
What we are looking for:
To secure this role, you will have:
- a demonstrated background in change management and/or training (paper-based and on-line) within SAP implementation projects
- a demonstrated ability to lead change and/or training teams
- superior analytical skills which will be applied in the development of customer focused deliverables in the area of learning, performance support and change management
- a formal degree qualification (e.g. in Organisational Learning, Education, Business, Commerce, Human Resources)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
Personally you are a strong team player, flexible and able to effectively manage conflicting demands. You have excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to plan and organise your own work in order to deliver on time.
