Cubic Consulting specialises in addressing the people issues associated with Information Technology or business driven change. We currently have a vacancy available for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join our Melbourne based branch.
In this role you will take on change management consulting roles at client sites (analysing the organisational environment, advising clients on change issues and designing and implementing change strategies) and be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion.
You will also be involved in a range of sales activities as required.
As a Principal Consultant you will develop well-functioning and motivated teams that produce at a highly professional standard, manage to budget and deadlines, and positively influence the long term business relations with key clients by providing excellent client service.
We are a dynamic consultancy where you will feel a part of the team and be exposed to excellent projects and clients.
To secure this role, you will have:
- superior analytical skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- a background in change management in a variety of IT project settings
- exposure to ERP systems - either SAP or Oracle applications is mandatory
- experience in team leadership or project management
- training, technical writing and eLearning experience
Your change management exposure will include all aspects of organisational change projects, from analysis and strategy through to execution of the change management plan. Ideally you will have been involved in most of the following activities - organisational design, impact assessment, communications, transition management, culture change and leadership and sponsor development.
